🧾 Order Requests & Payment

All orders are confirmed once we receive full payment by Interac e-Transfer to:

After payment is received, your order will be processed, and you will receive an email confirmation including:
- Shipping details with tracking (if applicable), or
- Local pickup instructions and location
- It takes 3 to 5 days to porcess orders prior to shipping out.

🚚 Shipping & Local Pickup

Shipping is available Canada-wide.
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking when applicable.
Free Local Pickup is available in Brampton and Innisfil, Ontario.
You will receive pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Note: Room 5 Apothecary and its affiliated brands are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For lost packages, please contact the shipping provider directly.
No refunds will be issued for stolen packages if delivery is confirmed.

All of our products are made to order with care and intention, specifically for you.
As such:

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns once an order is confirmed and in production.
Please double-check all selections before placing your order.
No refunds on eBooks/Guides as they are available for download after payment is received.
