Why did we start this in the first place?
Why Room 5 Apothecary?
The name Room 5 comes from exactly that —five people in a room, my family. They were the first ones I made anything for, long before Room 5 Apothecary was a brand. Every blend started with a simple question: what would actually help the people I love, made with clean, natural ingredients I trust? That's still the standard everything is held to today.
Why "Apothecary," Not "Shop"?
An apothecary isn't a store you browse and leave —it's a table you return to. It's where you go to learn, to ask questions, and to try something small before committing to something big. That's the feeling we wanted Room 5 Apothecary to hold onto as it grows: less "add to cart" and more "come sit with us for a minute."

Hi, I’m Jessica ~ the hands and heart behind Room 5 Apothecary
My passion for natural health and healing began when I was pregnant with my first child. I dove into natural health, not just for me, but the life growing inside me. Now, as a mom of three, I've watched holistic living genuinely change how our family feels, inside and out.
That pull toward plant medicine turned into a real study —herbalism, integrative wellness, and understanding why these remedies work, not just how to make them. I started in my kitchen and on my dining room table, crafting simple clean products for the five of us —oils, bath blends, teas, rollers, deoderants— long before I ever thought to sell them, as many store bought products that were marketed as natural actually wasn't. I'm currently working toward a certification to bring even more depth to what I offer.
Every product I make today still carries that same intention: traditional plant wisdom, made with modern care, for your whole self —Room 5 Apothecary is where nature meets mind, body, and spirit.
